Yes! We are a pet-friendly community .Summerset Apartments was designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

 
Summerset Apartments offers three different unit sizes from 1BR to 3BR ranging between 708 square feet in size for our 1BR; 1100 Square feet for our 2BR & 1312 Square feet for our 3BR. Each home features ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, appliances such as dishwasher, microwave for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that arevery spacious amd include plenty of closet space.

Since we are an Affordable Tax Credit Porperty, we do have income guidelines. You will need to provide paystubs or we can send a verification of employment to your employer.

Only 2 pet(s) for the household. We do have a non aggressive breed restriction. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Yes we aoffer washer / dryers in the units for a monthly fee of $50 for both.

We do not have a bike storage however we do have a bike rack for your convenience.

We are cable ready and the cable provoder is Frontier FIOS.

Unfortunately we do no accept packages in our office, but packages can be delivered to your front door.

Yes, our community offers accessibility features and reasonable accommodations in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Our building is Non Smoking building. Smoking is ONLY allowed 25 feet away from our building.

Leases are renewed through the residential portal.

No subleasing is not allowed.

We have 2 options if you would need to break your lease. This is discussed at the time of signing your lease agreement.

A 60 day notice is required if you will not be renewing your lease agreement.

 
You will have to put in your Notice to Vacate in the leasing office. This form is provided by the office management staff.

You can submit a maintenance request via the residential portal or you can simply contact the leaing office.

 
For Non emergency maintenance issues it can typically take bewtween 24- 48 hours. If it's a maintenance emergency our Maintenance team is on call 24hrs.
